Old mutual

Old mutual is taking from pillar to post when I want a full surrender on my RA. I have send documents to head office as requested, it was said to expect the response with 15 working days. And the consultant at the office of Blaauw village shopping complex in Pretoria north. Is playing hide and sick when I call or ask questions. I invest 15k with old mutual after 3 years I have 9.2k .. so I surrender

Please help me to get the money that is rightfully mine
