OLD MUTUAL

Old Mutual customer care is useless. I have phoned them now 4 times and they put me through from one person to the next until eventually I get disconnected. What kind of service is this. I have been a customer of Old Mutual for over 20 years and am disgusted with their non existent customer service. Everyone is busy and I don't appreciate waiting over 20 minutes each time I phone only to be disconnected . So much for "Old Mutual knowing how precious your time is "
