Old mutual *****
Hello Mr Peter. I have a policy with Old Mutual that I do not know and that I have never agreed on. I noticed this policy on my payslip and I went to a nearby branch to cancel and ask for a refund because this was a *****. They said this will take 3 months, 3 months has passed and there’s no feedback about everything and the policy is still active deducting in each and every month.
