Old mutual 48hr payout a lie.

My mother died a last year August, last week I went to old mutual for her claim for which I’m the sole beneficiary for. I supp**** them with the necessary paper work and was promised that a payout will be made within 48 hours. 6 days later I am yet to receive the payout nor any feedback from them. I am so disappointed and disgusted because when my mother was contributing they gladly accepted her money but when they have return the money it’s a pain. This is a ****.
