<div>My experience with Old Mutual was very poor. I have communicated countless of times but without any response. My premium from my side was paid up to date, and I was informed of a lapsed premium without any proof. The amount of r5000 was placed in their account without informing me or returning it to my account. I've went numerous times to their office but everytime I end up with no help. I was asked to send proof of which I did and up until today I received no help.</div>
