Old Mutual

Hellow Peter I have a problem with old Mutual in 2021 I had a funeral policy with them. 2023 I councilled the police I got all my premiums back.On the 15 of January 2024 I noticed that the funeral policy is activated without my permission so I reported the ***** the guy who helped me said it won't take long. Until today the is no progress with the case no communication this is the 7 month now old Mutual is deducting R698 every month straight from my persal. The policy number is ***B6 please help me
