Old mutual

Old mutual is a useless company that doesn't care about clients i made a payment holiday on March but I have not been refunded

So you have been investigating since March this payment holiday was made in March where is my refund everytime I go to old mutual branch I get different stories...the consultant are clueless I hate your service I hate to fight everytime to get my money

Old mutual where is my money today i got an email that I don't even understand all I want is my money i know what I was doing when I made that payment iwas not stupid what must I do to get my money
