Old Mutual.

I have reference numbers for two requests for withdrawal. Other than the acknowledgement that the requests have been received NO FURTHER communication! No reply on the website query I lodged; telephone simply not answered; no reply to e mail I sent. ( Not sure if I have the correct e mail.) Can't find any guidance on the website.
