Old Mutual ******!!

At Old Mutual make payments arrangements without my consent changing my debit order into a debicheck without my concern, number one I am not even receiving any statements from them and also I've been paying but there are no changes when I check with my credit report this account appears with so much arrears It's really affecting my credit I've been complaining about one thing but now they've done worse by playing on my bank account. I won't allow this anymore they better remove me on the debicheck with immediate effect. I am really tired of this ****mers. I will definitely contact their legal department
