Old Mutual *****

Hello Peter, I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, however I've been having this problem with Old Mutual for months on now and they don't seem to wanna help. Old Mutual Forensics, after their internal investigations, were able to confirm a ***** that was committed with my identity to open a policy with them. I did request that they disclose their report or findings with me as well as email to me the supposed application form which I have signed. I have been ignored everytime I contacted Old Mutual with regards to the matter. It left me to assume that Old Mutual as a whole might be part of this *****ulent activities. I would like to open a case with the SAPS and have the perpetrator brought to justice, but without the application form I have little evidence to take to SAPS. I feel this is why identity *****s never end, because the perpetrators are only given a slap on the hand after the internal investigations and they just carry on. It is my second identity ***** now.
