Old Mutual

Since the passing of an in-law, Old Mutual has been ignoring all queries/complaints regarding his policy being paid out.

I've even been in contact with the broker directly who is based at their N1 City branch, but still no joy.

I have tried going through their complaints process, but yet again no joy.
