OLD MUTUAL

I am desperate , we have 2 policies with Old Mutual both life and disability older then 20 years. We put in a claim for disability for my husband 6 months ago, Old Mutual never give feedback unless you query, they have been asking for the same information over and over again which gets send to them by the broker every time. He was retrenched in 2014 not for medical reasons, got sick in 2016 they insist on the previous employer to fill in a form, they want hospital records but all the relevant forms sent by them was completed by the surgeon, yesterday we got an email requesting the same information. I called the call centre let my cell phone number in order for them to call me back still waiting. We cant speak to anyone except the call centre who NEVER respond. My premiums is 2200.00 monthly . What do I do please help....
