OLD MUTUAL

Good day,

My husband past away on the 26th of May and I have put a claim with Old mutual in June for his retirements and investment policy as an executor but nothing is happening, no communication, no nothing. I have been calling and nothing is happening. I completed all the relevant documents as requested.

My mother inlaw also put a claim as she's the beneficiary for his life cover, but still, she doesn't get any communication from Old mutual. We put a claim both my mother in-law and me, but nothing is happening. Hellopeter please assist. I wrote both our references.
