I am really not happy with the service I have received because I have been going to the branch to have an unauthorized debit order reversed, it has been 3 weeks not and every time I go back they tell me its the back office they don't know what is going on because they don't get any feedback from them and every time I am told to leave my details they will get back to me and 3 weeks later still nothing I am really not happy!!!!!
