Old mutual

My name is yugathamalan Pillay (known as Nelson) I worked for checkers durban north and had a retirement policy with old mutual which I surrendered in March 2019 and was supposed to be paid an amount of R3225.00 but only received R1900 when I questioned this I was told that a percentage was taken due to this policy being claimed early than expected this was never explained to me and I don't have any paperwork stating this after numerous calls and poor customer service I lost all hope in getting what was owed to me, when it was time to claim my provident fund I was told by my employers that I would need to contact saccaw as they are dealing with my provident fund when I did contact them I was told I will receive an amount of R21193.20 for my 28 months of service but I will then need to contact old mutual and put through my claim as the money is invested with then after my conversation with them today I was told il only get R13400.00 with out any reason as to why????
