Old Mutual
I took investment with Old Mutual 2007, this year around July I went to Branch to surrender my investment. They refused and tell me that there is RESTRICTIONS on my Policy which I did not know what was that. They said I can only access my money in Sept 2019. I was mislead, how can old mutual decides to put restrictions on my investment, I did not agree to that. It does not even make sense, because I have Retirement with old mutual, why must I put restrictions on my investment? This is a *******. I want to access my money and the person who put restrictions for me must remove that asap please. (Policy number ********** 6) I lodged a complain with OLD MUTUAL on the 23July and Ref : OCM ********** 3, they promised to call me back even today I'm still waiting. You give us wrong policies in order to get commission, that's very wrong.

06 Dec 2018, 09:17Marinda Kruger phoned me on the 29Nov to arrange a meeting with me. So we had a meeting yesterday (5Dec) but I was so Disappointed, she brought wrong Policy number, she had a Retirement Policy number and I LODGED A COMPLAIN ABOUT POLICY ********** 6 which is Investment not retirement. She said she will follow up and come back to me by Tuesday, and when I asked her why is she taking so long to follow up she said her schedule is very busy. It was just a waste of petrol and time to drive to Old mutual offices.
