Old mutual

I would like to report ***** by one of Old Mutual financial advosor Zolani Dubeni I sent email to old mutual requesting for a quote and Zolani got back to me through phone call. After chatting within l requested a quote and he opened a plan without my concern and full acceptance. When l called him to explain why he did that he said over the call l agreed to open the plan and authorised the debit order of which l disputed after several called to discontinue the plan he refused to assist me. I asked him to send me the recording as he states l did open the account through call till date he hasn't sent me that and has been rude to me.
