Old Mutual 2 Pot Withdrawal

App**** for the 2 pot withdrawal on 18 Sept 2024 via your Whatsapp channel and received a confirmation message with a reference number.

It is now 2 weeks later and nothing, not a message, no way to track the application, no one to contact and online bots giving the same message of a phased roll out system that could take 30 days.

How in this day and age is there no tracking system in place. And we as customers are expected to remain silent like beggars waiting on handouts. This is after all my money, and I have the right to know what is happening.

No one can give answers as to where in the process my application currently is which is so ridiculous. Is it laying on a heap somewhere? Has it gone to SARS? I need answers please.
