This is highly upsetting!<br> <br> Someone needs to call me immediately regarding my policies. How is it possible to receive R997 after my monthly premiums? You have ****** R1250 from me, you are lying when you call this a saving scheme when it is fact a scheme to ***** money from consumers. There is no justification why you would ***** this amount of money. No admin fees or transfer fees can account for less than half of the premiums paid back to the customer for a SAVINGS SCHEME. I am better off leaving my money in a stokvel if that is the case.<br> <br> I am reporting you to the ombudsman because this is highly ******* and misleading if this savings scheme is the equivalent of paying R110 per month as opposed to the R250 I had been paying. I will also be positing this letter on Hello Peter. I made it very clear with my communication that I want my premiums paid back to me and this is not what has happened.
