Old Mutual 2 in 1 educational policy is a joke

I opened a 2 in 1 Educational policy on the 14th of June 2016, after conversation I had with a colleague who used to work there two of my colleagues and myself decided to go and terminate it. Firstly my name and surname were captured incorrectly on their system and I was told I need to go get an affidavit yet in the email that was sent to me by Carin Coerecuis my details were correct, why should I run around were as it was incompetence from your employees. I had been paying R200 monthly towards this educational policy which after a year increased to R233 with no warning but I didn’t mind , the problem now comes after I visited your branch by Cresta on the 26 of June 2019 . My cash out amount is R5682 , how so when I’ve never cashed out before? I was told about admin fees which I asked to see and I was told as that won’t be possible, so for 3 years I’ve been saving up only to get less than what I’ve been saving? Please send me a breakdown of all the expenses that go into the termination, cos I could have saved more by simply stashing R200/R233 under my mattress for 3 years.
