OLD Mutual

My Family and appointed Trust Attorneys have been trying to wind down my late Fathers Estate for 17 months now.<br> <br> The last portion of the estate remains with Old Mutual Unit Trusts and we have been battling to gain closure with their Principal Officers and Trustees.<br> <br> All the required documentation has been forwarded including a beneficiary affidavit and I understand the compliance requirements but quite frankly we are finding the Old Mutual employees quite un proactive in their communication and typically the response we receive is that it is sitting with their Trustees for sign off( in a blanket scripted mail)<br> <br> I am a client of Old Mutual and I am really concerned that when I pass on one day the same un-client centric behaviour and protracted closure process will be experienced by my Family in winding down my investments with Old Mutual.<br> <br>
