Old Mutual

I would like to quote on behalf of my mother. My mom had a policy with old mutual for 6 years. Recently my grandmother passed away and according to them the policy lapsed. My moms work pays the policy even before she gets her wages, so the policy is never behind.

Mind you. No communication of any sort was given to my mom before hand that her policy has lapsed according to them. When my grandmother passed on, they say the policy lapsed 5 days before my grandmother's death. I can't even understand. Their communication is also so bad. They asked for proof of payment, it was sent. My grandmother passed away December 2020 still no communication from old mutual.
