old mutual

<p>i have a life insurance from old mutual they have been deducting for 15+years and all of a sudden i discpovered that they did not deduct in January 2017 i complain and yes deduction went of for February 2017, then again the did not deduct in March 2017and i complain and was ask to fill in a revival form which i did and after almost 2months back and forward with revival forms i have yet to see that they are doing the deduction, am i now to lose 15year of paying why? if its not my fault like i said i have filled in numerious revival forms and now they are just quite,i dont think that i am the only one with this problem is this how old mutual operate, take money from poor people and let the policy collaps thats not what i want</p>
