Went to Middelburg branch to make a withdrawal from our investment account. We where at the branch at 12:50 and the rude manager told us that they are Closed. I told her that the Business hours are until 13:00. She said we must sit, they will see if they will tend to us. A guy by the name of Pietie assisted my husband. He told us that in future we need to get there earlier. He said the ladies need to get home. He also said that the alarm company is on their case, because now they are late. He made us feel very un Welcome. We had to drive over 60km to be treated as if we are an inconvenience to them. Never had I ever felt so un Welcome in any Business.
