So so unhappy with old mutual,I was told to pay my outstanding premiums than my policy will get back to its origin of which i did when it was time to claim for my grandfather i was told my policy lapsed on february.how is that possible because i paid my outstanding and again they keep on deducting but my claim was rejected..
