Old mutual

Trying to write a last will for 3 weeks now. First you are in wrong queue, wait until al the assistant return from shopping in the mall. Then when you are lucky you are told its actually a whole process. You give in and return after 3 weeks the only lady that can help is on sick leave. What if i die, will everybody battle with my will like that. I am giving up. Who can help me with a will.
