Old mutual is one of the worst to have a life policy with, my father passed away in desember...

We have been trying since January to find out how was a policy changed and by who was it changed cause my father could never work with a computer my sister is the executor of his estate we have been battling to find out how was this policy changed if they could prove to us that it was my father that changed it I was the 100% beneficiary of the policy just to find out that a friend of my father is now the beneficiary and she has also passed away so many questions but no answers.

Why does a person have to battle like this it's not how it's supposed to be...
