Old Mutual

I recently went to Old Mutual East Rand mall in an effort to cancel a polciy.The receptionist named Pamela is very rude and yells at clients without consequence,very unhelpful.The branch manager thereafter assigned me to another gentlment once he entered my profile i was advised another lady came earlier and he is to help her now so i need to go sit aside till he is done.Yet when i entered the store she was not there,I walked out.It is because of this poor service,disrespect and ********* behaviour I will be cancelling all my policies with old mutual.The branch as a whole discredits old mutual's reputation to their clients.Very disappointed.
