Old Mutual 0 service

Unfortunately I can't rate them a 0 but if I could I will. I never get a response from them via email. My call was cut 3 times on 1 day. Process I have been told take 5 to 7 working days been over a month now waiting for results. We are not told when they need documentation to complete the process. There is 0 client service.
