old mutiual is old

I have been trying to contact Old Mutual now for a week. They keep you on the line for over 20 minutes at a time without an agent answer your call. You leave messages and emails they do not return your messages. If you want to buy something they are eager to phone you within minutes but do not phone them you will wait forever and eventually run out of minutes or airtime. At certain times they do answer and you hear them talk but they do not talk to you. You hello on your side till kingdom come and no response from their side. I really had it with Old Mutual.
