OLD MUTIAL
I am very disappointed at the service I have received at Central Office for Old Mutual. I am still waiting for a call from them, and till now NO ONE has bothered to call me back. I need feedback with my with regards to premium cash back!! Till now from the 5th of October no help or assistance has been given to me. Its like they don't give a damn about their clients. I am very disappointed and even contemplating moving to another insurance company that will care for their people.
