Old mutaul rewards is a **** they dont want to redeem points

The same person we complained about is the same person who you referred to us again We have been sending documents to her the whole week even today we did we know we wont get any assistant

Morning on friday i sent the lady Nomathemba Biyana bank statement and if for granny no response i asked to give her another number to call since i left my phone no response will we ever redeem or this lady doesn't want to help

As i reported yesterday am truly disappointed in how your workers have treated us like fools and ********* for points not money we have been taken from post to post now i wonder how you will treat us when we want to claim on our policies with you i want everything with you cancelled After the review one lady called i was not with granny i told her to call after 10 min or i will take the phone to granny the rude lady refused saying she will write report that i answered the phone i kept on explaining that let me connect you with granny she refused then i made plans for granny to call they refused to talk saying she must call when shes alone or they will call back i sent and email asking for call back to granny they never called i made plans again then they said they dont believe if its granny on the phone 😂😂that took me off that you guys dont really know what you want you treat us as ********* for points

Worse part you reply in private saying you will follow up but never does follow up or give feedback what will happen when i want to claim on my policies will you say u dont believe its me treatment you gave us is really poor for points if it was money i would have understood
