OLD MUTAUL LIES AGAIN WHEN THEY HAVE TO PAY ME MY OVERDUE DECEMBER MONEY
Old Mtual owes me.money from December last year, when they promised in writing to pay ime n 5 days. LOW AND BEHOLD THEY DID NOY PAY ME IN DECEMBER!!
On January 03 I went to their Brooklyn office and I was promised that an immediate clearance woul be made and the money would be available SAME DAY AND THAT WAS ANOTHER OLD.MUTUAL LIE!!!
Today they sent me AN SMS that the money will be paid now IN TWO.DAYS FROM TODAY.. ANOTHER OLD MUTUAL EXCUSE AND.LIE!!!
ALL.THE ABOVE.LIES ARE UNACCEPTABLE, DISRESPECTFUL AND AN INSUKT.TO MY INTERGRITY ABOUT MY MONEY. I should have rather trusted Sanlam.with my.money and not OLD MUTUAL.
I need them.to.oay.my.money NOW!!! ENOGHUG WITH THEIR LIES.
The Brooklyn Manager even tried to lie that they had promised to pay in 15 days, and not 5 days. Fortunately I had written proof. I suppose she git appointed to a senior management position because of perpetuating organizational lies to us their customers.
