OLD MUTAUL IS THE WORST LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY

My mother passed away 19th of July 2021 due to Covid-19 and Old Mutual is searching for a reason not to pay out the life policy. They are ignoring the death certificate that states clearly that her death was due to Covid-19 and not other reasons. They outright ignores all emails and when we call them they say that they are busy. The claim is active for 90 working days already. Think twice before you take out any policies with Old Mutual because they do not settle their products within the promised time
