Old Mutaul horrible service

I had a retirement annuity policy with them and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the policy, so I have spoken to a few consultants they advised me that if you policy money is more than R 7000 they cant give you your money back and some consultants say if it is more R 7500, so I am not sure which is it so basically the right amount of not paying back the money. But never the less I will only have access to that money when I am 55 years. But now I tried contacting them again to ask if I can't invest that money in a another way but they cant help me at all. The money I accumulated thus far is between R 7000 and R 7500. So their service is Terrible: The product knowledge poor; Communication s****s is poor. I would not advice people to trust old mutual with their hard earned money. Me personally would never do business them ever again.
