Old Mutaul Bank, Not Reliable at all

I am soo disapointed in your services. You put my account on hold and asked me to send proof of payment which I did and I told you I need the money today as it is needed for a funeral and I have not heard any response from Old Mutual. So now a funeral must not happen because you decided to put my account on hold. I urgently need this fixed please
