5 emails no reply. Then you call again after 4 emails. Then they say they are waiting for document from you. They have not called, emailed you in anyway to ask for this document. So i asked the question you did not reply on 4 of my emails and now you want me to email the document to that specific email address? My trust is not in at Old Mutal Superfund at all and the service is very bad. The customer service does not feel if they want to assist at all.
