Old Mutal Life cover and policy

I have had the worst experience with Old Mutual. I have been chasing after them following up on the deducting of the premiums, but they have not done that. It's been more than 3 months now and there has been no deduction, no word from them next thing they will either deduct a large sum or I'll be told the policy has lapsed due to defaulting on payments. Please assist
