Thank you for your response.

My claim has been escalated 4 times , i have not received any positive response , let alone a ppayout. I have submitted all documents as requested but still have not received a response.
I am now at my wits end with this sort of customer service, It has now been 2 months and i am still waiting initially i was told 15 banking days.

I would appreciate that you urgently contact me to assist me i have received to many automated responses advising that it is in the process and that it has been escalated with no success.

RegI am frustrated and will use all avenues to expose such disgusting customer service.
that will include the financial institution Ombudsman.

why am I now receiving messages to say I don't qualify for payout?your service is unprofessional.I was recently told that my funds is being calculated to be paid out.Old Mutual is ******.My funds value does definitely not exceed R15000.Get your facts in order and pay me out.I am going to expose your company on all social media avenues!

How can my funds value be more than R15000 when my wife received 50% and that was R10450?whoever is doing your calculations obviously don't know their maths!You guys utterly disgust me!
