Old Mutal 2 Pot

Hi There, I have been waiting for my 2 pot money to be paid out since September 2024.

I have been calling in over and over, to then be told that they are having problems with Nedbank clients with them changing all clients from saving to current accounts, so all the money they paid bounced back. I explained that since they knew this was the issue, should they not have then resubmitted the payments? On the 24 December 2024 I called in again and a consultant told me that she will load a manual payment but can't say how long it will take.

It is now 22 days later, and still nothing.

Can I please be assisted as this is now almost 5 months later...
