Old Murual Finance is a mess

In short: Financed agreement. Submitted proof at end August that I got a new settlement letter by contacting them telephonically, send proof of call and duration. Old Mutual finance is denying that I spoke to a consultant. Not attending to my complaint. Very arrogant and continue to deduct money from my bank account. Very rude consultants. Next I am going to the Ombuds
