Old lies that I have no policy yet they debiting R120 since 2010

Good evening. I have paying since 2010, policy number: 69285N ********** 15. My id number is ********** 429082. My mom passed away and when I claim Modiegi Porogo tells me the policy has been cancelled since 2011. If cancelled why am I still paying R120. To show that she's lying to me, she sends me tax certificates after the call on my email. I never requested tax certificates from her, you can go through the voice recordings. If old mutual is failing to honour my claim, just return all monies debited for this policy and I'll take my business somewhere else. I was planning to add extra products with you, but after this experience, I got a feeling that you just take monies from us but are reluctant to help in hour of need.

I am so disappointed in OM, I never saw this coming.
