Old isn't Gold
Zaide was assigned to help me restructure my policy and help reduce my premiums, he calls me saying he cannot help with my problem since its an admin one, yet old mutual themselves advised me to speak to an advisor. problem is , when your focus is on sales you leave behind the loyal guys that pay you every month. Rude ********* behaviour get your priority straight, talking to me about the Discovery policy I currently have versus the actual reason I needed help pathetic advisor get your people some training Old Mutual
