Old debt not written off

Worst company to deal with had a consolidation loan in 2010 and I wasn't working and they had listed me and had my name tarnished and according to the national credit act after 5 years it should be removed from your name up to this very date they still listed me and it's affecting my credit rating badly this is completely ********* I'm unemployed again and still they harassing me for prescribed debt. More than 5 years later.
