I recently canceled my old mutual funeral policies and I asked old mutual to provide me with a letter that has the names of the people i have covered and the total amount they were covered for. It's been over a week now and they are refusing to assist me with the information and they do have it on their system as I even have the policy numbers. I fail to understand why I am not being assisted.
