i went to a branch to get my card bank pin reseted but they cant assist without my ID and i have my card and they have fingerprint access but they are failing how does that simplify our banking exp?

25 Mar 2021, 16:52I would like to take this opportunity to thank on this platform to express my views and feeling. It was really helpful and i also got an assistance from the old mutual bank being called back by the manager Tume and assisted by Thulaganyo and they where not impressed about what happened earlier on and they made sure that i come out of that branch with a full of smiles and it happened my query was resolved thanks again and wish you could do the same with other people . thank you
