I want my Provident fund

Hello Peter please assist me here I was working for Lewis stores as a Sales advisor and decided to resign on 27th July 2022,I submitted my withdrawals for my Provident fund on 5th of September 2022 send via email and I even phoned Miss Liezl at Lewis group to confirm that they recieved my Provident fund claim. I have been making follow up calls old mutual for several times and they don't give me any direction I remember the other day old mutual consultant just cut me off while I was busy asking about my money ,I am waiting for a longtime as I know that Provident fund takes 14-21daysthere has been nothing. I even email Ambrella stand alone old mutual and Lewis stores are not responding to any calls or emails I make. I need my Provident fund money as I am suppose to take my brother to the Dr for an operation now,Reason why I decided to resign I had to take care of his sickness. Please assist me in this matter cause the company I worked for is not helping also,I am fed up now This has got to be the worst experience ever.
