Ol Mutual service stinks and is very disrespectful

Old mutual service stinks! I have been trying to change debit order date for months now... All you get is being transferred from pillar to post.. When they get bored they just drop the line.. Unfortunately there's nothing I can carry to their offices for them to help... You should be ashamed, you run a very disrespectful business.. I am considering moving my policy
