****** of a financial institution Old Mutual
On the 6th of December I woke up with 2 emails saying I opened up two policies with Old Mutual that I have no idea off , I don’t know who the beneficiaries are of those policies and I never signed that documents. The next morning I went to a branch to open a ***** case to get this issue resolved as these policies are showing on my persal which means they effect my salary. Now they are telling me it takes 3 months to investigate so that means my money will be deducted for 3 months for a policy I don’t know anything about . They even blocked me on social media
