It didn't happen to me,but to my two most closest friends.I do appreciate that it doss assist financially and all ,but l do have s question that has been wondering in my head .Why do some of your consultants not tell consumers who come in looking for a consolidation loan the truth and end up putting them under debt review with your debt review branch (Octogen)?Because l believe as a consumer,one has the right to know the whole story and then act accordingly.Most of your consultants ,seem to take advantage of the consumers weakness in their financial battle and pretend offer to assistance with paying ones debts only and forget saying the real story about the debt review .You know once we hear that,we feel like a miracle has landed in ones feet,cause already one is suffering and failing to pay his or her debts.But do you know how painful it is to go and try open and account or apply for a small loan then discover that you are under debt restructure?Its devastating cause at that moment,you need that loan,be it to assist with whatever crisis you dealing with and end up having to go to once off loans when you wanted long term ones and are put out of budget again?All l can say,is for the head/team leaders/supervisors to try and teach their staff about being honest,it wont hurt,rather join debt review,knowingly what is going to happen unlike falsely
